Please explore these links to my favorite authors and websites!

Laurin Wittig is a great friend and excellent writer of Scottish romances set in the Middle Ages. Check out her website for wonderful pictures of Scotland and an excerpt from her latest book The Devil of Kilmartin.

Pamela Palmer is one of my very favorite people. Pam’s award-winning stories are set in the grey area between reality and fantasy where nothing is as it seems. Her compelling tales are imaginative and filled with awesome characters. Her debut, The Dark Gate, will be released in April 2007.

Kathleen Gilles Seidel is a wonderful friend and fellow seamstress. Kathy has written many award-winning romance novels with strong characters set in delightful situations. Her debut hardcover novel about the relationships between mothers and daughters, A Most Uncommon Degree of Popularity, is available through St. Martin’s Press.

Julie Moffett has written over a half-dozen books for Dorchester Publishing and Kensington Publishers. I have read them all! If you enjoy rollicking good tales set centuries ago in Great Britain or time travels that will tug at your heart and make you wish such a thing were possible, then read Julie Moffett—a great friend and fantastic author!

Karen Lee is a dear friend who writes magical and charming tales of the modern business world with paranormal twists that would make Harry Potter envious. Her website will guide you to her fanciful tales set in corporate America.

Michelle Monkou is an inspiration and a joy to her friends and her colleagues. She brings the same character and verve to her forthcoming novels published by BET books. Check out her website for more information.

Mary Burton: I've known Mary Burton since we were in pre-school. She writes funny and absolutely wonderful romances. These stories reflect her enormous talent and verve.

Jennifer Jackson, Literary Agent: Jennifer brings her talent and skill to the acclaimed Donald Maass Literary Agency. I am honored that she is my agent. Her client list proves her wondrous ability to work with a myriad of different literary genres.

Linda Morelli: Linda is as versatile as she is energetic! Check out her web site and you'll see that she writes historical and contemporary romance! You won't be disappointed!

Hope Tarr: Hope Tarr, fellow Berkley author, writes with the most wonderful historical voice. You would swear that she is a time-traveller from Regency or Victorian England! Please read her latest title, Tempting. Also, Hope spearheaded the inclusion of Spay/Neuther stamps for the US Postal Service. Buy them and pass along this most important message!

Donald Maass Literary Agency: This is the wonderful home base of my agent, Jennifer Jackson. I am very proud to be a client of this organization.

Writerspace: A delightful website dedicated to Romance! If you love to read romance this is the sight for you. Monthly author chats are what they do best! Elizabeth Holcombe news can be found here as well as on this website. And who knows? I might turn up on an author chat!

Washington Romance Writers: The local professional Romance writers organization of the Washington DC area. WRW began twenty years ago and is now 240 members strong! I was President of this organization in 2001-2002. I have been a proud member since 1997.

Romance Writers of America: National professional writers organization dedicated to Romance and Women's Fiction. I have been a member since 1997.

The Proclaimers: My favorite band. Bottom line. Their music is unencumbered by pretense. It is emotional, direct, and faithful to lyrics that speak truths more universal than even they would admit. It is the only "fan" site where you can find me "havering" or leaving messages in my limited spare time.
